Dr. Richard Galloway, DMD

Dr. Galloway, a Boise native, graduated from Borah High School in 1964. He attended Brigham Young University before graduating from the University of Oregon Dental School in 1974. He spent 2 ½ years in the Air Force, stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska, before beginning private practice in Boise December 1976. He has now been practicing in Boise for over 30 years. He has enjoyed the ever-changing field of dentistry and the new technologies that have been invented to help build better oral health for all of us. He built his first practice in downtown Boise, and spent the majority of his professional career in that office. Recently, he sold the downtown office to build a new state-of-the-art facility in west Boise closer to his home. Dr. Galloway is married to Trudie Galloway and together they have four children, 3 boys and a girl, and 6 grandchildren. He loves hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Daniel Malan, DMD

Dr. Malan was born and raised in Idaho. He graduated from B.S.U. with a B.A. in Spanish and a master's degree in Environmental Health. He then attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh. He has been with Dr. Galloway since June 2007. Dr. Malan is married to Meredith and they have three beautiful daughters: Savannah, Paige, and Lydia. The Malan family loves being back in the Boise area near their family and friends. When Dr. Malan is not enjoying his time with his family, he is enjoying: camping, hiking, and fishing

Stephanie Welty--Office Manager

Certified Dental Assistant/Business Office Coordinator

Stephanie is certified through the Mesa Community College in Arizona. She has been in the dental field for 17 years and with Dr. Galloway for 8 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband Thomas and her daughter Megan. In her spare time she enjoys sports and working out.

Becky Hanson--Dental Assistant

Certified Dental Assistant

Becky received her certification through Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah. She has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. She has been with Dr. Galloway for 6 years and says this is the best office she has ever worked in. She really enjoys working in the General Dentistry field. She has lived in Boise for 15 years and loves it here. She is married and has 5 daughters and 11 grandchildren. She enjoys water sports such as water skiing and boating and visiting their cabin. She makes large, beautiful Gingerbread Houses and everyone calls her the Gingerbread Lady.

Monica Davis--Dental Assistant	Monica received her certification through the College of Southern Idaho. She has been in the dental field for twenty years and worked for Dr. Galloway for five. She is married to Robert and has three children: Brynn, Lucas, and Katie. She enjoys sports, camping, and excercising.

Cheryl Gallagher--Dental Hygienist Cheryl received her degree from Sacramento State College. She has been in the dental field for over thirty years and joined Dr. Galloway's team in May 2007 from Las Vegas. She has four grown children and seven beautiful grandchildren. When she is not playing with Baxter, her terrier puppy, she enjoys adventurous traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley Miles--Dental Hygienist Ashley received her degree from Apollo College in Boise in 2006. She has been working for Dr. Galloway for the past year. Ashley enjoys shopping, dancing, and spending time with her new family.

Anita Schwabauer--Dental assistant/ Business Office Assistant Anita received her training from APC in Boise. She has been in the dental field for three years. She has worked for Dr. Galloway in the past as an assistant and recently rejoined our staff to work with Stephanie at the front desk. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Anita is Camera Shy at the moment. Perhaps after her baby arrives she will let us take a picture. :)
